2024 Digital Gallery for Chinese Brush Painting

Established in 1991, the Orange County Chinese Artists Association (OCCAA) is a non-profit, non-political and non-religious organization for artists and art lovers in Orange County, California.  

OCCAA aims to foster friendship among its members. And through lectures on art appreciation, sharing painting techniques, participation in exhibitions and community activities, members may broaden their visual perception, enhance their knowledge in art and enrich their lives.

Every year, OCCAA sponsors and cosponsors several art exhibitions and lectures and other activities. OCCAA also encourages communication and better understanding with other ethnic cultural groups. OCCAA members exhibit and participate in the annual Irvine Global Village Festival, a multi-cultural event in Irvine, CA.

Currently, with well over 100 members, OCCAA is a vehicle for artists and art lovers to meet and interact. Artworks showcased in this web site are created by OCCAA members; some are available for purchase. Some members accept commission for painting, mural or calligraphy, etc., some teach art or craft classes. For further information, please contact us.
